Statistics that'll make your heart skip a beat
One in four South African women will have some form of heart condition before the age of 60. In general one in 35 women are at risk of breast cancer and one in four of heart disease - effectively meaning that one should be nine times more diligent about checking your heart health.

With years' worth of feedback about what patients' experience, we've accepted that these are the typical heart attach signs that often appear in men and some women:
  • pressure / heavy squeezing pain – center of chest that spreads to the shoulder/neck/jaw
  • light headedness accompanying the above mentioned discomfort, shortness of breath, sweating and nausea.
